Came in today and the manager on shift was just such an inviting person to order from I think her name was Alexus. She has the most wonderful attitude and patience with me everyone needs more people like her
Upon picking up my order the pizza was kept in a heated case to keep the food warm. The pizza was good. The staff was nice and friendly. When I arrived the staff was in the kitchen working. This was my first time going into this Cassano’s location. I was downtown in a training and it was the closest to my training location. Inside of the location was clean. The restroom was clean and well kept with a code on the door. You must get the code from an employee to go into the restroom, which is nice.
The food was delicious! I would definitely visit again. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that night I visited, but we had to wait a bit before someone helped us.

It’s been a staple in our family’s lives for as long as I can remember. Recently, we tried the new location on Brown Street in downtown Dayton, and it did not disappoint! The place is sparkling clean, with a modern vibe that still feels warm and inviting. The staff was absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the pizza! It was out of this world! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had the perfect blend of tang and sweetness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Every bite was pure comfort and satisfaction. Cassano’s Pizza is more than just a pizza joint; it’s a taste of home for our family. The new location on Brown Street is a fantastic addition, and I can’t wait to make more memories there with my loved ones. My only complaint is that you can only get it in southwest Ohio. I absolutely love cassanos pizza. Been eating it my entire life. Everytime I'm back in Ohio it a must stop! I'm even taken some home for the road trip. Love it!
We had a craving for pizza, looked up a place near by and this popped up. The pizza was delicous. Something unique about the crust very tasty.
First Cassanos pizza in 15+ years since we moved away. The oregano and salt brought back the memories. Excellent!
Absolutely delicious! Every single time I am in town I order a pizza to take home and it’s always fresh, hot and the staff is friendly. When you call you are routed through the call center which is different but I’m sure it helps them focus on cooking. I’ll definitely be back.
